DFS Value Picks Week 7

So my first week writing about this topic paid off well. Almost all of my value players had above average to great games. Lets see what we can uncover this week…

Tier 1 – Cam Newton – $13,000 – Good match up this week vs the Eagles. I think we might see more of Cam’s legs this week to keep the D honest.

Tier 2 – Matthew Stafford – $11,300 – Little tougher defense this week playing the Vikings, but I think last week was a sign that the Lions offense is waking up.

Tier 3 – Landry Jones – $10,500 – Big Ben is out another week. Landry Jones will be a good change for the Steelers WRs who have had to deal with Vick the past few weeks who can’t seem to turn back time to the old Vick.

Tier 1 -Chris Ivory – $12,100 – The Jets will try to pound the Patriots early and often if it doesn’t get out of hand. Look for Ivory to get an early TD to help his stats.

Tier 2 – Todd Gurley – $10,300 – Not going to be able to get this guy at this price for long if he continues to trend up!!

Tier 3 – Danny Woodhead – $9000 – Especially if Melvin Gordon doesn’t play, but very productive even with a full backfield in PPR.

Tier 1 – Brandon Marshall – $15,000 – Jets will be throwing alot against the Patriots this week. Lots of targets for Marshall.

Tier 2 – Martavis Bryant – $9900 – Looks like Jarvis Landry at QB, another 35 point game is unlikely, but 20 should be attainable.

Tier 3 – Stefon Diggs – $8900 – The new #2 target in Minnesota, passing everyone’s preseason sleeper Charles Johnson.

Tier 1 – Gary Barnidge – $10,300 – The guy just keeps making plays and finds the endzone. Ride the hot streak!!

Tier 2 – Delanie Walker – $8900 – Just casually gets his 13+ points per game.

Tier 3 – Ladarius Green – $6700 – Even with Antonio Gates back playing, he still averaged 11.25 points in those 2 games. And Gates is banged up and might not play.

Tier 1 – Cardinals – $7000 – The highest price for a reason, not only the great defense, but their special teams is explosive too.

Tier 2 – Giants – $5600 – Cowboys are on their 3rd QB of the season and no Dez Bryant back yet. Could be a nice day for Big Blue to rack up some points and get the pass rush going.

Tier 3 – Rams – $4800 – I know the Browns have been playing well and should have taken down Peyton Manning and the Broncos last week, but this is still the same Cleveland Browns and they will make mistakes. The Rams have a very solid defense.
